About Breaks.Work
Hi, I’m Seb – founder of BreaksWork.
After nearly 15 years working in EU public affairs for some of the world’s biggest tech companies, I realised how much we all need time away from screens to actually thrive at work.
While still working from home, I discovered breath awareness (breathwork) as a powerful way to reset - either to get activated or to calm down - depending what I needed at that moment. But when I was later required to return to the office, I found there was no time or space to continue this practice.
BreaksWork was born from that gap: to help office workers take screen-free microbreaks that boost focus, creativity, and wellbeing - all in under 15 minutes.
The goal of our sessions is simple: give busy office people the time and space to take a screen-free break (while enjoying it!).
